Washington Wizards general manager Tommy Sheppard said "there's no plans" to trade John Wall and that the former All-Star point guard has not requested a deal.
In a video call with reporters Monday, Sheppard was asked several times about Wall's future as he attempts to make his way back to the court from a ruptured left Achilles.
"No, he didn't request [a trade]," Sheppard said when asked about a report that Wall had done so. "... John and I talk pretty much once every other day. And been to many of his workouts throughout the summer, we have always been on the same page, same wavelength.
