PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid is expected to miss the season following a second surgery on his right foot.
Embiid's recovery should take five to eight months, the same timeframe the center was given following the first surgery last year. The Sixers were cautious with their prized prospect and held him out for the entire season.
