NBA MVP Power Rankings: Race Heating Up Behind James Harden

The NBA MVP race is starting to heat up as we come down the stretch of the regular season with James Harden, LeBron James, and Steph Curry leading the way. LeBron is having another incredible season, averaging almost a triple-double for the year. Curry currently sits 5th in the NBA in scoring despite missing 11 games with an ankle injury. James Harden is leading the race for many as he currently leads the league in both scoring and Player Efficiency Rating(PER).

The rest of our list has Giannis Antetokounmpo and Anthony Davis filling out the top 5. Giannis is in the middle of the best season of his career with career-highs in points per game, rebounds per game, and field goal percentage. Anthony Davis has entered the MVP conversation late in the season after he averaged 35 points per game in February and is currently averaging a double-double on the year with 28 points per game and 11 rebounds per game.
