Kevin Durant is set to be an NBA Free Agent this offseason and multiple NBA teams will attempt to sign him away from the Golden State Warriors. A few years removed from leaving the Oklahoma City Thunder, Durant might just leave the Warriors this offseason. There are a few teams that make sense as the top destinations, including the Los Angeles Clippers, Los Angeles Lakers, New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets.
Kevin Durant’s Free Agency landing spot is far from set in stone, but a few teams have emerged as the favorites. Durant has been linked to both Los Angeles teams, with the Clippers and Lakers both wanting him. The Clippers could clear room for a second max slot to pair a star with Durant, while the Lakers could pair him LeBron James.

He could also head out East, where the Nets and Knicks are lurking. Both teams are in big markets, where Durant can restore his “legacy” by getting those teams good again. Both teams can also afford another superstar.
It’s also far too early to count the Golden State Warriors out of the running either. After all, if Durant just wants to win, he can do that the easiest in Golden State.
