Terry Rozier, former Boston Celtics point guard, got overpaid by the Charlotte Hornets. DeAndre Jordan, who at one time was a top-tier NBA center, received a four-year $40 million deal by the Brooklyn Nets despite expecting to start Jarrett Allen at the center position.
