Look, being a referee is a tough job. You get yelled at by players, yelled at by coaches, and yelled at by fans. If you get absolutely every call right, you don't get any praise - you just get yelled at a little less.
That said, this is freakin' inexcusable. Miami's Dwyane Wade somehow takes seven steps with the ball without the referees saying a word:
