Worth ready to take reins of Navy triple-option offense

A video that appeared on the scoreboard during the Navy football season opener showed several football players answering a question about which teammate they envisioned one day becoming Commandant of Midshipmen or Superintendent of the Naval Academy.

Almost unanimously, the response was Will Worth.

"Will Worth is a great guy off the field and does everything he's supposed to do in the hall. He's just a model midshipman. I could definitely see him being the superintendent or commandant," Navy senior slotback and offensive captain Toneo Gulley said.

Worth is now the starting quarterback for the Navy football team and the respect he has earned from teammates will go a long way toward helping him succeed on the field.
