On a night its offense was clicking and scored 74 points, Navy was sloppy with the basketball and struggled with transition defense. Lehigh scored a whopping 33 points off 20 turnovers and beat the home team by 11.
In a game that saw the Midshipmen make 12 of 30 shots from beyond the arc, they couldn’t seem to score from anywhere else on the floor. Navy connected on just 9 of 25 field goals that weren’t threes in losing to Holy Cross, 69-64.
That hot shooting from long range did not carry over to the next game.
