Reynolds named co-winner of Sullivan Award

Alabama running back Derrick Henry captured the Heisman Trophy as the most outstanding player in college football. Navy quarterback Keenan Reynolds wasn't even invited to the ceremony, held in December at the Playstation Theater in New York City.

Both players were back in the Big Apple on Sunday for the presentation of another prestigious trophy and this time Reynolds was deemed a more worthy recipient than Henry.

Reynolds and Connecticut women's basketball standout Breanna Stewart were named co-winners of the Amateur Athletic Union's 2016 James E. Sullivan Award during a ceremony held at the New York Athletic Club in New York City.
