Instead, sophomore Terrell Adams who, to this point, had never stamped his name on a Navy game in a significant way, hunted down Owls running back Re’Mahn Davis and swiped a would-be connection on a two-point try out of the sky.
Adams, stepping in to replace Navy’s second-best tackler Tama Tuitele led the Midshipmen on Saturday night with nine tackles, notching by far his best game of his college career.
