Navy's Noah Song taken in fourth round by Boston Red Sox

Navy ace Noah Song got the thrill of a lifetime last year when he started against archrival Army in a game held at fabled Fenway Park.

Song was simply outstanding on that April afternoon, hurling a three-hitter with 11 strikeouts through nine innings to earn the victory as Navy beat Army, 4-0.

Some members of the Boston Red Sox brass were no doubt in attendance that day and must have envisioned Song twirling similar gems at Fenway down the road.

Song now has a chance to pitch at Fenway Park sometime in the future after being selected by the Red Sox in the fourth round of the Major League Baseball Amateur Draft.
