There was a lot to be grateful for as the Midshipmen were playing for the first time in a month, finally kicking off Patriot League play following a two-week delay and defending their home court for the first time this season.
Director of operations Anna Cho surprised the players and coach Tim Taylor by putting together a special program for pregame introductions. Families of the players announced the starters with Jennifer Coleman’s parents and sister getting creative.
Jennifer Coleman called the intro video “awesome” and said the players were “pumped up” to see their families on the video scoreboard atop the court.
