Navy senior starting quarterback Dalen Morris did not make the trip to Air Force due to an undisclosed medical condition, Navy athletics spokesman Scott Strasmeier has confirmed.
Junior Tyger Goslin will make his first career start in Colorado Springs and be the third quarterback to start for the Midshipmen in as many games this season. Freshman Xavier Arline, who started against Tulane, is listed as the backup.
Strasmeier declined to specify the nature of Morris' condition but did emphasize it is not COVID-19.
Morris did not make the trip to Colorado Springs in 2018 even though he was the backup to Malcolm Perry at the time.
