Will Kelly scored 10 points with 10 boards for the Midshipmen (2-2), who outrebounded the Gophers 50-21. Tilman Dunbar had six of the 21 assists Navy used in scoring 30 field goals.
Up 26-24 at halftime, Navy opened with a 14-3 run, then used a 14-0 run in which Tim Abruzzo hit back-to-back 3-pointers to lead 56-32 with 11:01 left.
