Navy men’s and women’s basketball will host American at Alumni Hall on Saturday and Sunday as the Patriot League continues to alter schedules amid the pandemic.
No reason was provided for the change, but a Navy athletics news release says it was made “in consultation with Patriot League officials and American University.” The league schedule was set up to have Saturday and Sunday home-and-home contests.
Navy men’s basketball, which swept another weekend back-to-back with Lehigh to improve to 4-0 in league play, will tip at noon Saturday and Sunday. The women’s team, which hasn’t played a conference game yet because of coronavirus issues, will play both games at 3 p.
