Navy football makes significant change with strength and conditioning program

Navy football has made a significant change with regard to its strength and conditioning program.

Head coach Ken Niumatalolo revealed during an informal meeting with the media on Monday that Bryan Fitzpatrick has taken over as Director of Strength and Conditioning for football.

Fitzpatrick, in his sixth year at the Naval Academy, replaced Mike Brass in that position beginning with the winter workouts the football program implements during the months of January, February and March.

Brass has overseen the strength and conditioning program for Navy football for 17 years and was routinely praised for ability to get the players into tip-top condition.
