Billy Hurley checked off all the boxes when he decided to hold a charity golf tournament.
Several causes that are near and dear to his heart will be addressed as part of the inaugural Billy Hurley III and The Brave Golf Tournament, being held next week in his hometown of Annapolis.
Hurley and wife Heather believe strongly in supporting active duty service members and that is the main thrust of this event, which takes place Monday and Tuesday at the Naval Academy Golf Course.
Highlighting the tournament is the participation of 18 military golfers representing courses affiliated with the United States Navy.
