When Michael Dunn arrived in College Park as a walk-on, no one would have ever expected him to eventually earn one of the highest honors bestowed upon a Maryland football player.
When Will Worth began his senior season, there seemed little chance he would wind up with his name on the prestigious perpetual trophy that has previously been presented to the likes of Joe Bellino, Roger Staubach and Keenan Reynolds.
Dunn, who didn't have any major scholarship offers coming out of Walt Whitman High, surprised even the Maryland coaching staff by becoming a four-year starter.
