The Anne Arundel County sports scene has been hit with a number of postponements and cancellation in anticipation of this weekend's snow storm.
The Navy football banquet and all weekend high school sports events were a few of the casualties as well as Saturday and Sunday horse racing at Laurel Park.
•The Naval Academy Athletic Association has postponed Friday's Navy Football Banquet to Sunday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m.
All tickets purchased for this weekend will be honored on the 28th of February. Any Navy fans that have a conflict with that date can call the ticket office at 1-800-US4-NAVY or by e-mailing tickets@usna.
