College Roundup: Kordell Williams breaks Navy's 60-meter hurdle program record

NAVY MEN'S TRACK & FIELD: The Mids Kordell Williams broke Navy's 60-meter hurdle program record time at the Spire Division I Invitational, a mark Williams previously established three weeks ago at a home meet. Williams opened up Saturday's competition with a fourth-place IC4A-qualifying time of 8.04 in the preliminary 60-meter hurdles race. The sophomore sprinter improved his school record by 0.02 seconds. Williams, unfortunately, false started twice in the finals race and was disqualified. Senior Khaalif Wolfe recorded a top-five performance in the triple jump. Wolfe placed fifth with an IC4A-qualifying mark of 47 feet, 11 inches.
