AACC MEN'S SOCCER: Christian Masters (Old Mill), Mike Evans (Broadneck) and Juan Tamayo (Old Mill) scored goals to lead the Riverhawks to a 3-0 victory over Harcum College. Garrett Mclendon (South River) had an assist for the Riverhawks (2-0).
AACC WOMEN'S SOCCER: Johanna Couture (Meade) finished with 12 saves for the Riverhawks in a 1-0 loss to Howard on Wednesday. AACC fell to 1-2.
NAVY MEN'S SOCCER: Senior defender Derek Vogel has been named the NAAA Athlete of the Week presented by Rolls-Royce for the week ending Aug. 30. Vogel helped Navy get off to a 1-0-1 start to the 2015 season last weekend.
