The Midshipmen are hoping the deja vu occurrence on Saturday concludes with a similar result.
Gillingham allowed seven runs on eight hits in 31/3 innings as top-seeded Navy (38-13-1) fell behind Bucknell early en route to a to 9-3 defeat.
The Midshipmen and Bison (18-32) were supposed to play the second game of the best-of-three series Saturday as well, but heavy rains pushed it to a potential doubleheader on Sunday, with a noon start.
