This Saturday when Navy linebacker Hudson Sullivan dons jersey number 53 it will be for the last time, unlike the previous three classes of seniors who had a bowl game to look forward to following the drama of the Army-Navy game.
Sullivan, a 6-foot-2, 240-pounder from Nokesville, Virginia, will go on to serve in the Marine Corps following graduation, but for now is looking forward to his final game and longs for the Mids to win. A victory, of course, would ease a good amount of the sting brought about by a 3-9 season that until now will likely be remembered for a dismal seven-game losing streak.
