After coronavirus issues, Navy women’s basketball finally set to begin Patriot League play

The Mids are off to their worst start since it rose to the Division I level in 1991, dropping all four of its nonconference games on the road, which concluded with a five-point loss to Morgan State on Dec. 18. And if that wasn’t enough, Navy’s first four Patriot League games against Bucknell Jan. 2-3 and Loyola Maryland Jan. 9-10 were postponed due to a Tier 1 coronavirus exposure and subsequent quarantining. Those games have not yet been rescheduled by the league.
