On Tuesday, Filip Forsberg set the franchise record for overtime goals. He tapped in a leaking puck and Bridgestone celebrated accordingly. The Predators have put together an impressive record over the last 13-15 games, and they’re steadily climbing up the Central Division standings.
Per the office Preds site, “Nashville’s kill has additionally allowed just four power play goals in 30 chances through their last 10 games.” That’s an impressive penalty kill for a non-Cup contender. Special teams seems to make or break Nashville, and I’m very pleased to see this PK%.
