Nashville Predators: Grading Viktor Arvidsson’s 2018-19 Season

In 58 games this season, Viktor Arvidsson managed to break the Nashville Predators single-season record for most goals in a season with 34.

Arvidsson broke his thumb in mid-November, which caused him to miss 24 games worth of action, but he didn’t let that stop him from having a sensational season.

Since he returned from injured reserve on December 27th, Viktor Arvidsson was third in the league in goals, only behind Leon Driasaitl and Patrick Kane, with 26 goals.

If Arvidsson played the entire season, he would’ve been on pace for 48 goals this season, which would’ve put him third in goals: behind only Aleksander Ovechkin and the aforementioned Leon Driaisaitl.
