Wyoming football: WR Tanner Gentry is completely healthy

Related Topics: Wide receiver

The Wyoming Cowboys offense last year was fairly predictable with running back Brian Hill dominating opposing defenses despite the opposing team knew what was coming.

That could change this year as wide receiver Tanner Gentry is completely healthy after suffering a season-ending shoulder injury, and he has been hampered with a hamstring injury in camp.

Even though Gentry was wearing a red medical jersey, head coach Craig Bohl told Pokes Authority, “I think Tanner Gentry looks 100 percent.”

When Gentry was healthy he was a prime target in the offense, and in seven games last year he had 678 receiving yards, three games over 100 yards, three more with seven or more receptions and he also had four touchdowns.
