Wyoming is heading to Big Ten country to face a winnable game against Illinois.
The Wyoming Cowboys added a road game against Big Ten's Illinois for a game that is years down the road, and will be played at Champagne, Illinois, on Sept. 17. This is a one-and-done game for the Cowboys and will net Wyoming a nice paycheck from the Illini to the tune of $1.1 million.
That is a good amount of money for the Cowboys to receive for a game that is very winnable as Illinois has struggled for a while in the Big Ten, and last year they were 5-7 overall, including 2-6 in Big Ten Conference play.
