Utah State moved up to the top spot after its dominating win over Boise State last week.
There is a new number one in our latest power poll after Utah State dethroned previous number one Boise State by winning 52-26 last week.
That win coupled with other results caused the poll to have a big shake up. Fresno State earned its first win over an FBS team, New Mexico beat Hawaii and Wyoming got its first win of the year against Nevada.
Despite Utah State getting the convincing win over Boise State, they are not receiving all of the first place votes.
