In his weekly press conference, coach Tony Sanchez kicked things off by talking up the team’s win against Hawaii, congratulating them on the hard fought victory. Sanchez also added that he is glad the team is back at Sam Boyd stadium after being on the road for the past two weeks.
Though he was proud of the team in general, coach Sanchez specifically brought up wide receiver Jericho Flowers, who made the position switch this week, and quarterback Dalton Sneed. In his debut as wide receiver, Flowers caught three passes for 25 yards, including a critical third down conversion.
