Warriors guard Klay Thompson said that the screen Timofey Mozgov set on him during Game 3 was “kind of dirty” when he was asked about it after the game.
Thompson was running full speed when Mozgov blindsided him in the first quarter.
The officials called an illegal screen on Mozgov and Thompson briefly left the game with a left thigh contusion.
Thompson returned, but he finished with only 10 points.
He was primarily upset with where the screen was set. “I just don't know who is trying to set a pick on me in the middle of the key,” Thompson said.
