Sunday slant: AP the focal point again

Despite the Vikings’ belief that Teddy Bridgewater “is going to be something special down the road,” the offense won’t take a major philosophical shift in 2016. Count on that, based on what Mike Zimmer said last week.

Forget those ridiculous questions about the Minnesota Vikings moving on from Adrian Peterson. He’s here to stay for at least another year, and even more production is expected out of him. Seem illogical to think that Peterson’s production could go up as a 31-year-old running back in 2016 after leading the NFL in rushing as a 30-year-old in 2015? Maybe not when considering how much yardage head.
