San Diego State added a very late addition 2016 recruit when Compton junior college quarterback Daniel Prieto decided to switch his commitment from Oregon State and will head South and play for the Aztecs.
"I would like to thank Coach [Kevin] McGiven and the Oregon State coaching staff for the opportunity to be a Beaver," Prieto said on his Twitter account. "Also, I would like to give a special thanks to Garrett Owens for giving me a place to stay and answering all of my questions.
"Lastly, I want to thank all of the Beaver fans that welcomed me.
