If it feels like David Moa has been at Boise State forever, it’s because he has. Moa is returning for his sixth season at Boise State. Moa was granted a medical redshirt after appearing in only one game this past season. Moa had a historically great sophomore season in 2016 and was on the radar of NFL scouts.
