Panthers Workout James Casey

The Carolina Panthers worked out fullback/tight end James Casey on Tuesday as the team could be looking to make moves this week.

According to ESPN's Adam Caplan, Carolina Panthers worked out fullback/tight end James Casey on Tuesday.

Casey was a fifth round pick by the Houston Texans in 2009 and spent the first four years of his career there before spending the past two years with the Philadephia Eagles. This past offseason he signed with the Denver Broncos but the Broncos released him after three games to make room for defensive end Derek Wolfe.
