Of all the draft picks from the Mountain West had this year there is one player who has the chance to make an impact right away and that is former Boise State running back Jeremy McNichols.
McNichols was selected in the fifth round by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in what looks to be a very good situation as the Buccaneers do not have a solid running back in place. First of all, former Bronco, Doug Martin, is very likely suspended for the first four games and the running game last year was 24th in rushing as a team.
