The Nevada Wolf Pack go on the road to face the struggling San Jose Spartans, who have not had a win since Sep 10 at home against Portland State. After losing two-straight games, the Wolf Pack got their first Mountain West victory against Fresno State and seek to get one against the Spartans.
In the first quarter of the game, the special teams for the Wolf Pack struggled early on as kick returner Rahshead Johnson returned the ball 70 yards to Nevada 30-yard line. The Spartans couldn’t capitalize though as the attempted field goal was fumbled and an opportunity for the Wolf Pack to score, but instead went three-n-out.
