The Nevada Wolf Pack started conference play on a losing note as they fell on the road to the New Mexico Lobos 88-76 on Wednesday night. The loss drops the Wolf Pack to 8-5 for the season while the win improves the Lobos record to 8-6 and ends their four game losing streak.
Nevada had an excellent start to the game hitting four of their first five shots to take a 9-7 lead but the Wolf Pack went 11 minutes without making a field goal as they missed 14 straight shots.
