If you haven’t noticed, recruiting is in full force. Teams without head coaches aren’t doing as much recruiting as their counterparts but is still a ton of action going on. 8 of the 12 teams offered new recruits and 7 were known to be out on the road doing in-home visits (keep in mind Boise State and Hawaii were not due to playing this weekend).
