Colorado State couldn’t get the job done against Memphis, but then again, neither could anyone else in the NIT. They took on Louisiana Tech in the 3rd place game and came away with nothing in that contest. It was a tight game nearly from start to finish and the Rams lost a heart-breaker to come away with fourth place in the NIT.
