Wednesday was highlighted by Mountain West media day (via Zoom, of course) for men’s basketball, and the typical names are expected to succeed in the Mountain West. Save for one, of course. It’s not often Boise State is picked second in the league, and garnering first-place votes. Derrick Alston surprisingly returned to school and will lead a roster filled with high quality transfers now eligible.
