An interesting read and idea. Jeff Tedford was originally seen as a poor hire and jumped to an A-. Jay Norvell was average at the time and is now graded as a B+. Brent Brenna got lots of Cs and went to an A-.
His rankings make sense for the most part and most debates are toss-ups anyway.
