The Mountain West football championship game is on an ESPN network and in prime time.
The 2016 Mountain West football championship game two years removed from being on CBS and will air on either ESPN or ESPN2. Last year, the title game was on ESPN 2 and at a more reasonable hour at 7:30 p.m. ET and away from the late night kick of 10 p.m. ET.
The conference announced that the kick off time will once again be earlier in the day at 7:30 or 7:45 p.m ET, and will allow more people to see this game since a good amount of games start at 10 p.
