Swing and a miss from the Mountain West Conference on Monday morning, that’s what I think.
UNLV Rebels (2-3, 1-0) quarterback Dalton Sneed electrified college football on Saturday with a scramble to avoid a safety that would turn into the longest run in UNLV football history.
In his first collegiate start, Sneed led the Rebels to a 45-20 win over visiting Fresno State (1-4, 0-1). Sneed, starting for the injured Johnny Stanton, finished with 129 yards through the air and a staggering 147 yards on the ground. That performance wasn’t enough to be named Mountain West Conference Offensive Player of the Week, however.
