Wyoming senior guard Jason McManamen checks in at #11 in the MW countdown.
The 6-5 Torrington, Wyoming native exploded last season with Josh Adams in the Cowboy backcourt, scoring 14.4 points per game and connecting on 44.7% of his three-point attempts, best in the Mountain West. McManamen also recorded a 120.5 offensive efficiency rating which was 3rd in the league last year. He is an extremely talented and pure shooter.
Due to Adams’ departure, McManamen will have to guide a Wyoming team that is currently rebuilding and welcomes a new head coach in Allen Edwards. Statistically, this might be beneficial to McManamen, who expects to have one of the highest usage rates in the league this season.
