MCL sprain will sideline Anthony Castonzo

Fifth-year blocker suffered injury on final series of Sunday win at Atlanta and is considered 'week-to-week.' Cornerback Vontae Davis is 'day-to-day' with a hamstring injury suffered in same game.

Indianapolis Colts offensive left tackle Anthony Castonzo will likely miss Sunday’s home game against Tampa Bay with a medial collateral ligament sprain.

Head coach Chuck Pagano said Monday Castonzo is “week-to-week” with the injury, which forced the lineman to leave Sunday’s 24-21 comeback win at Atlanta. “Week-to-week” typically means a player will be out for at least a week or two if not more, as opposed to when players are regarded as “day-to-day” and possible to suit up on a game day.
