Matt Lubick Named as New Oregon OC

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS – Oregon Head Coach Mark Helfrich today announced that Matt Lubick is now officially the Oregon offensive coordinator. The announcement came at the start of the coach’s portion of the Valero Alamo Bowl Media Conferences Week. The Ducks will face TCU on Saturday in the bowl game.

Lubick has been the acting offensive coordinator since the departure of Scott Frost, who is now the head coach of Central Florida.

The new offensive coordinator has been on the Oregon staff as the wide receivers coach since Helfrich took over the head job from Chip Kelly and promoted Frost from receiver’s coach to the offensive coordinator position.
