Matt Hasselbeck says his 40-year-old body was sore for two days from the pounding he took at Pittsburgh Sunday night.
But the Indianapolis Colts quarterback took his normal number of snaps in Wednesday’s practice and came away upbeat and optimistic about being ready to go for Sunday’s game at the Jacksonville Jaguars.
“This is probably the first Monday and Tuesday where I haven’t felt well,” the 17th-year pro said. “I was real stiff and sore.
