In what has to be considered a surprise after Peyton Manning announced his retirement, the Denver Broncos have allowed Brock Osweiler, the assumed heir to the throne, to hit the open market and sign with the Houston Texans. The team gave him a four-year, $72 million contract. While that is a high number, it seems everyone is getting overpaid this offseason.
