The Biletnikoff Award, presented by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, announced their semifinalists for the prestigious award on Monday for the 2018 football season’s most outstanding receiver, regardless of position. Hawaii’s John Ursua made the list, essentially qualifying him as of the nation’s top 11 wide receivers.

Hawaii is doing what it can to hype up the sensational junior wide receiver, starting a website that lists Ursua as an All-America candidate. While quarterbacks are likely to dominate the Mountain West offensive player of the year conversation, it should be noted that Ursua and his 1161 receiving yards and 16 total touchdowns absolutely deserve to be in the discussion.
